  • How does the site work?
    We have partnered with some of the biggest, most popular adult sites on the web to present this exciting program. Simply visit the selection of sites on offer on our Earn Points page. Join any of the sites there (using our link) and that membership will be linked to your Rewards account. Every dollar spent on those sites will then be converted into Reward points in your account, which you can redeem for an exciting array of Rewards. These include reduced memberships to sites, free memberships to sites and even cam credits/minutes on cam sites, along with much more. For more information, please visit our How It Works page.
  • Can I merge any of my existing live cam accounts?
    No. In order to start earning points from your live cam purchases, you must create a new account. You can do that by visiting the cam site in question through our listing on the Earn Points page and then sign up.
  • Do I need to provide a credit card to redeem the Rewards?
    While this is something we have worked hard to avoid, most of the Rewards do require that you provide your credit card information. This is mandatory in order for the Reward's partner to confirm your age. However, there will be no additional charges on the credit card, unless noted in the Fine Print (such as free memberships that rebill after the Reward period ends).
  • How come my points haven't appeared in my account yet?
    It can take up to 24 hours before any purchases are converted into points and added to your account. If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact our support.
  • How soon can I redeem my points?
    Once you have enough points to redeem for a Reward, simply click the Redeem Reward button and follow the instructions.
  • Something happened and I can't locate the redeem coupon code. How do I access it again?
    Your Account page, under Your Transactions, will list the purchases made on your account along with a list of every reward you redeemed and steps on how to redeem it.
  • I would love it if I could redeem something different than what's on offer. Is there a way I can request that?
    Absolutely! Be sure to leave us a message and we'll do what we can to get it arranged.
